Tour 13: The town of Jaji, the Páramo and the Cablecar                     Tour Prices

This tour contains the best attractions that Mérida
and its surroundings can offer in three days and two nights.
It's important to know that we could continue to the Llanos
on the second day of this tour because this tour was based
on the llanos 1 or 2.

Course of the tour:
Day 1: Arrival in Mérida and transfer to Casa Alemana-Suiza
where we'll have Breakfast.
After having assigned the room, we'll visit the romantic
colonial town of Jaji. On the way, we'll enjoy of a nice lunch
in a restaurant.
On the way back to Mérida, we'll go sightseeing on a city-tour.
Day 2: After a delicious breakfast we'll go to wonderful tour in
the Páramo with a guide (look up the Páramo page)
Day 3: The world-wide-known Téleferico take us in almost one
hour to Loma Redonda Station.
We'll be suspended above the ever green-cloud forest on the
highland landscape.

From where, we get on other cabin in order to go to Pico Espejo.
The last station lies on 4765 mts. From where, we can see the enormous Pico Bolivar is with its ever-snow-covered summits. This is just the highlight.
Around 2 pm we'll go to el Mercado Principal where we'll walk around and have a lunch. Transfer to the airport late in the afternoon.

Pick-up/drive from and to the airport. A day-tour in Jaji, city-tour in Mérida, a day-tour in the Páramo, transfer to the cable car, 3 lunchs, 2 overnight-stays with breakfast in the Casa Alemana-Suiza (if desire we could also organized a tour for the third day)
